Two ABB robotic welding cells give us the ability to produce hundreds of identically welded parts up to 2.4m in length.

Contract Manufacturing
We can help with the entire process of getting your parts manufactured - design for batch manufacturing, part production, finishes (powder coating, anodising, etc), assembly, labelling, etc.
CNC Machining
Hyundai 2-pallet-change machining centre allows loading while parts are running to maximise efficiency and throughput. Paired with ABB GoFa Cobot, part production is more efficient with lower labour costs.
Impact CNC flat bed router and Pertici profile router provide flexibility for processing extrusions up to 6m.
Okuma CNC 2-axis turning centre for part processing.
Laser Etching
20W MOPA laser can be used to label parts, apply company logos, QR codes, vector images, etc.
Available on all finishes - raw, anodised, powder coated, sublimated, painted, etc.
